LRF is a proven technology used for producing alloy steel, despilhurizing liquid steel. MELTING FURNACE SECTION:- Grade – 60 steel billet size 100×100 mm dia, 130×130 mm dia, 150×150 mm dia, having length up to 6000 mm production capacity of Melting Furnace is 12-14 tons/heat to produce the iron steel billet. ROLLING SECTION;- Grade – 60 D- formed steel bars from sizes 10 mm to size 36 mm dia as per ASTM-615 standard. Average per hour production of Steel Re-Rolling mill is 20-25 Tons for production of deformed Steel Bars. Average daily production is 240-300 tons on the Basis of 12 hours working and rated annual production is 72,000 -90,000 tons on the basis of 300 working days in a year. State of the art latest automatic re-rolling plant having 20-25 tons per hour production of G – 60 deformed Steel bar imported from PPRM, Faridabad, New Dehli, India. Inclusive of Re-Heat Furnace, Roughing Stands, Intermediate Stands, Continuous stands, Cooling Bed, Transfer Tables, Electrical Panels, Components and transformers. CNC Machine imported from renowned manufacturer of Peoples Republic of China. One Complete set of Lab testing machine capacity of 200 tons imported from Universal Testing Machine, Peoples Republic of China. Five overhead cranes are working in the production hall having capacity from 5 tons to 30 tons for shifting of billet and loading of steel bar.
